Our Process

+ Our mentoring guides lead mentors and mentees into meaningful conversation, encouragement, and intentional prayer through 12 easy-to-follow sessions. Each guide includes thoughtful conversation starters, Scripture-based prayer examples, space for personal journaling, and reflection prompts designed to deepen spiritual growth and strengthen relationships.

+ Through Scripture and experience, our trainings encourage and equip mobilizers, mentors, and mentees to keep mentoring straightforward and real.

+ Our online community through Impact.app serves as a dedicated mentoring hub for churches and organizations. Mobilizers can create and lead their own mentoring community, connect mentors and mentees in one place, learn members’ spiritual and personality gifts, access training and communication tools, and streamline mentor–mentee matching.
